You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions – helping clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service with greetings, headphone use, and lobby traffic management. Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while complying with all policies and regulatory requirements. Educate and assist clients with day‑to‑day banking transactions, including the use of technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge to partner with other branch team members. Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive and friendly service. Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions. Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and help, anticipating client needs. Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience. Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity. Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures. Client service experience or comparable experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Reading and speaking in both English and Spanish fluently – required for this role. Preferred Qualifications Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
