Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care to residents
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support mobility, comfort, and safety needs
Observe and document resident conditions
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Promote dignity, respect, and person-centered care

Requirements

Current CNA certification in Minnesota
Ability to work as part of a compassionate, mission-focused team
Strong communication and reliability
Commitment to resident-centered care
