Desired Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are welcome Previous experience supporting students in a K-12 school environment is highly valued Competency in administering assessments, developing goals, and creating individualized treatment plans Clear communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Ability to provide both group and one-on-one therapy sessions Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements Core Responsibilities: Conduct speech-language, voice, and fluency screenings and formal assessments Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed Deliver direct therapy services to students with communication challenges Consult with staff and families to promote positive outcomes for diverse learners Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation according to state/federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as a clinical resource Engage in ongoing professional development for best practices and compliance This contract assignment offers a supportive school environment, access to resources, and a chance to positively shape students’ lives while growing your professional experience.
