Registered Nurse (RN) - ER HoldingWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in Emergency Room (ER) settings, with a strong preference for those who have worked in ER Holding and Medical/Surgical Telemetry units.Work ScheduleThis position requires night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30).ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients of various age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.Monitor and document patients' conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.QualificationsMust have a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.Preferred experience in ER Holding and MS/Tele units.Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.
