About the Role

Oro Pro Plumbing Inc. is seeking a professional, high-caliber Service Plumber to join our Redwood City team. We pride ourselves on technical expertise and exceptional customer service. This is a versatile role requiring a technician who is as comfortable diagnosing complex plumbing issues as they are communicating with our office team and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of residential and light commercial plumbing experience.
Proficiency with hydro-jetters, sewer cameras/drain equipment, and water heater installs.
Strong knowledge of local California plumbing codes.
Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Experience with digital dispatching (ServiceTitan experience is a major plus!).
Excellent customer communication skills and a professional attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install standard/tankless water heaters, fixtures, drainage, and repiping.
Perform thorough sewer camera inspections and drain cleaning/hydro-jetting.
Provide accurate, digital estimates and invoices to customers using ServiceTitan.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service truck.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly wage: $35 – $50 (DOE)
