Youll have the opportunity to train inside one of the companys highest-performing agencies, learning the sales systems, processes, leadership, and business-building strategies used to operate at an elite level.

We are currently selecting motivated individuals in Scottsdale, Arizona who want more than a traditional sales job and are interested in building toward agency ownership.

How The Protege Training Program Works

Heres what you can expect:

• You enter a paid 6-month training program
• You work inside a high-performing insurance agency
• Youre provided with leads and training
• You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
• You are coached daily and held to a high standard
• You build the skills required to run a profitable agency

All of this training and support, while youre on the Paid 6-Month Protege Training Program.

At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Commission + Bonus
