Analyze existing policies to find gaps in coverage and offer smarter, more protective alternatives. Manage your own calendar to facilitate in-person meetings and community outreach events. Maintain accurate client records in our database to ensure seamless renewal and service experiences. Work closely with our underwriting team to craft unique solutions for clients with specialized requirements. Participate in local community gatherings to represent The Atlantic District and build lasting neighborhood connections. Requirements Current Property & Casualty insurance license in Maryland. Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services. Strong ability to explain complex policy details in plain language. Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Technical comfort with industry-standard quoting software and Microsoft Office.
