ERP Systems Administrator in Phoenix

ERP Systems Administrator/ ERP Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a hands‑on ERP Systems Admin/ Specialist to lead the transition, maintenance, and optimization of our new ERP platform, Acumatica. This individual will serve as the internal expert and primary point of contact for all ERP‑related functions across the business. Schedule / Work Environment Onsite role 8-hour workday Flexible start time between 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM 30 min or 1-hour lunch (flexible) End time adjusts based on start/lunch Key Responsibilities Own and support day‑to‑day operations of the ERP system Serve as the primary point of contact for: Inventory issues Purchasing workflows Accounting discrepancies (month-end close support) Troubleshoot ERP- related issues and resolve data inconsistencies Handle common ERP problem scenarios such as: Inventory mismatches Overbooked orders Payment or transaction discrepancies Support cross‑functional teams (engineering, purchasing, accounting, admin) Assist with broader IT‑related oversight: Monitor and review system‑generated reports (security, backups, etc.) Flag issues and elevate when needed Help build structure and consistency around system usage and processes Required Qualifications Exposure to ERP systems (academic or professional) Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills Comfort working across both business and technical functions Ability to learn systems quickly and take ownership General proficiency with Microsoft Office / business tools Qualifications Experience with Acumatica (not required) Prior experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment IT background or technical curiosity (even at a personal level) Experience troubleshooting system or data‑related issues Ideal Candidate Profile Someone who has worked with or studied ERP systems and understands how they function Naturally curious, technical‑minded, and not intimidated by problem‑solving Able to think through business scenarios and fix system issues logically Comfortable being the go-to person for system‑related questions over time #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
