Rental Coordinator

Position Description: The Rentals Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the customer service and operations for our Rentals division. This includes Rental Contract entry, Rental Contract Renewals, Payment collections and follow-up, Scheduling of Equipment Rentals, and pickup & delivery of rental equipment with our in-house logistics team. This role supports our Rentals Sales Team, and acts as a liaison between our sales team, customers, and our logistics team to ensure rental commitments are executed smoothly and effectively. If you are not a self-starter who presents well, and is disciplined and organized, this is not the job for you. As a growing company, we are looking for someone who is willing to work hard to grow with us. That requires you to be forward thinking, and able to operate independently to ensure position is handled well, and all essential functions are taken care of diligently, without the need for constant follow-up.
