Shift Leader

Responsibilities As a Shift Leader, you will: Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members as needed. Open and close the store independently. Ensure the quality of food and beverages. Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
