Overview Security Supervisor (Graveyard) - Los Angeles County, CA 60-Second Read — Everything You Need to Know $21–$27/hr | Full-Time Graveyard Supervisor | Wed–Sun 10PM–6:30AM | Various LA County Locations Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a Graveyard Security Supervisor to lead overnight operations across Los Angeles County. We are looking for a proven leader who operates with integrity, honor, duty, selfless service, and respect — someone who holds themselves and their team to a higher standard. You will supervise guards in the field, oversee punctuality and performance, and serve as the bridge between officers and the Operations Manager. Position Unarmed Security Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time, Graveyard Shift — Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Responsibilities Lead security operations across multiple client sites during the graveyard shift. Supervise guards, monitor punctuality and performance. Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates. Conduct uniform, equipment, punctuality, and performance inspections. Conduct daily visits to client locations using the company vehicle. Assist scheduling by filling open shifts and coordinating coverage. Assist upper management with investigations. Lead training scenarios and situational exercises for guards. Construct route and patrol plans for the field. Assist with timesheets and verify patrol checkpoint completion. Report to and communicate directly with the Operations Manager. Maintain discipline, professionalism, respect, and responsibility at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by upper management. Qualifications Valid California Guard Card (required). California Driver License with clean driving record (required). Must be 21 years or older. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass a pre-employment background check. Able to lift 15–20 lbs. and stand for the entirety of shift. Must be bilingual — English/Spanish. Demonstrated leadership — able to lead, mentor, and manage working relationships up and down the organization. Strong communication, surveillance, and reporting skills. Team-building mindset — you build up your team, not just manage them. Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting. Experience Supervising: at least 1 year (required). Armed Security / Patrol: 1 year (required). Customer Service: 3 years — preferred. Military background: 3 years — preferred. Education: High school or equivalent required; Associate degree — preferred.
