Location: Sioux Falls, SD (This is an on-site position)

Job Responsibilities
- Maximize inbound traffic. Refine and redevelop web presence for optimal SEO and AI search.
- Track paid channels and suggest improvements.
- Maintain data integrity. Audit and clean databases.
- Build and maintain frameworks for reporting and analytics.
- Build and run email campaigns.
- Configure sales pipelines, workflows, and automation.
- Maximize HubSpot's potential; identify then implement underutilized features.
- Create training documentation as relevant, in particular to support onboarding of new hires.
- Serve as resource for internal users to field questions, support priorities, functionality, planning, and integrations.
Location & Compensation: The expectation is 10-20 hours per week. Position will be at BFI's Sioux Falls, SD location. Pay is $52 per hour or, for exceptionally well qualified hires, more.
