Senior Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager / Product Manager to support the execution and delivery of software products and workplace technology solutions. This role is primarily focused on software product delivery, which represents approximately 70% of the position, with the remaining 30% focused on physical hardware and workplace technology. The successful candidate will execute against an established product strategy and roadmap rather than develop the overall product strategy from the ground up. The role requires a highly organized, delivery-focused professional who can manage backlogs, coordinate cross-functional teams, track dependencies, and ensure that projects remain aligned with timelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver products in alignment with an established product roadmap and strategy.
- Partner closely with software engineering and development teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
- Manage, prioritize, and refine product backlogs using Jira.
- Support the creation and refinement of user stories, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, dependencies, action items, and follow-ups.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and potential delays.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, technology, workplace, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate the delivery and implementation of software products, physical hardware, and workplace technology solutions.
- Support hardware configurations, technology installations, rollouts, and implementation activities.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
- Help ensure teams remain accountable to delivery commitments and established timelines.
- Work effectively within an Agile software development environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 7 or more years of experience in product delivery, project delivery, technical delivery, or a related field.
- Strong experience delivering software products in an Agile or software development environment.
- Demonstrated experience executing against an established product roadmap or product strategy.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and user stories.
- Experience using Jira for product or project delivery management.
- Experience working directly with software engineering or development teams.
- Previous experience delivering physical products, hardware, or technology implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, action items, follow-ups, and delivery tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and a consistent focus on execution and delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating software and hardware implementations.
- Experience with desktop hardware, conference-room technology, or workplace technology.
- Experience with smart-office, end-user computing, or collaboration technology.
- Knowledge of hardware configurations and technology installations.
- Experience coordinating technology rollouts and workplace build-outs.
- Exposure to employee- or customer-experience-focused products.
- Experience using Confluence.
- Exposure to AI tools used in the product-delivery lifecycle, including user-story creation or requirements development.
- PMP or a similar certification is beneficial but not required.
