Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPick the order from the slot./liliPut the merchandise in the box./liliSend it to the line (ship)./liliReplenish products for PTL machine for the next shift./liliOrganize, tidy up and clean your work area and equipment./liliReport any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders./liliRespect the best practices and training guides in force on the job./liliCross train in other areas of the department./liliOther duties as assigned./liliManually remove dunnage from inbound loads./liliDocument load with pictures using an application on company issued tablet./liliManually restacking pallets as needed for shifted loads./liliInspecting pallet quality./liliManually wrapping pallets with stretch wrap as needed./liliDocumenting pallets as they come in and go out in an excel spreadsheet./liliAlways maintaining clean work area./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliMedical, dental, vision (1 day after 60 days) (options available)/lili401K with matching program/liliSTD, LTD/liliVacation and sick time/li/ulpPay rate: $19.50 per hour-plus $2.00 shift diff./ppFHN - SUN-WED - 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM/pp1-2+ yrs experience in a warehouse environment.
