Work Environment

This position is set within a unique concierge medicine framework, allowing you to deliver care primarily through house calls. Our emphasis on onsite visits ensures that our patients receive comfortable, respectful, and convenient treatments in the familiarity of their own environment. Our collaborative team includes specialists and primary care providers, enhancing the integrative care model.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of behavioral and psychiatric health conditions in a home setting.
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions to support patients and their families.
• Provide psychotherapy and medication management tailored to each patient's needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans for homebound patients based on thorough assessments of their medical histories, symptoms, and diagnostic findings.
• Maintain the highest standards of care in line with professional practice guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and primary care providers, to optimize treatment approaches for high-risk patients.
• Partner with local health agencies and medical service providers to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-management of conditions, fostering independence and understanding.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to inquiries from patients and caregivers regarding treatment and health management.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA and other health care regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and security.

The ideal candidate will work extensively with a geriatric population, focusing on addressing the mental health challenges that arise in older adults. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a focus on psychiatric or mental health nursing.
• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada.
• At least one year of experience in a psychiatric setting, ideally with geriatric patients.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients, families, and team members.
• Detail-oriented with capable management of electronic medical records and patient information.
• Maturity, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care services is preferred but not mandatory.
• A willingness to travel to meet patients in their homes, as this role requires 100% travel.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
