Our practice is built upon the principle of high-quality patient care, supported by a team of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). We cater primarily to clients with private medical insurance and emphasize cost-effective treatment options tailored to individual needs.

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in our outpatient office, where you will engage directly with patients in a collaborative atmosphere. The hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and treatment technologies, fostering an environment conducive to delivering effective physical therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand each patient's unique goals and needs, developing customized treatment plans that reflect their specific situations.
• Manage a patient load of 2-3 individuals per hour, ensuring each client receives the attention and care they require.
• Utilize your orthopedic outpatient experience to deliver evidence-based treatments that enhance patient mobility and functional abilities.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to create effective care plans, focusing on reducing reliance on medications and minimizing surgical interventions.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to patient needs, promoting recovery and enhancing overall health.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to patients throughout their treatment, facilitating their engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatment services and outcomes using EMR software such as WebPT.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada Physical Therapist License without any board actions or disciplinary issues.
• Demonstrable proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing personalized patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
