Position Overview

True North Medical Institute is seeking a skilled and passionate Staff Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our dynamic team in Boulder City, Nevada. In this full-time role, you will work in a collaborative orthopedic outpatient clinic that prioritizes patient care, innovation, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and reassessments of patients to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment protocols that include hands-on manual therapy techniques and guided exercise progressions.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding injury recovery, prevention strategies, and rehabilitation pathways.
• Collaborating with referring physicians, orthopedic specialists, and fellow therapists to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Actively participating in clinical meetings and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment focused on growth and excellence in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves treating patients dealing with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and sports-related injuries. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, empowering individuals to regain strength, mobility, and overall function through comprehensive rehabilitation plans.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible physical therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong clinical reasoning, analytical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Experience treating orthopedic conditions and familiarity with relevant methodologies, such as manual therapies and exercise progression.
• Interest in learning and adapting new techniques, with a dedication to contributing positively to our team dynamic.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or interest in obtaining Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
• Knowledge of post-operative protocols, sports therapy, or advanced manual therapy techniques is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure seamless clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
