Work Environment

This position is situated in an outpatient clinic that fosters collaboration among a multidisciplinary team. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and a welcoming atmosphere where teamwork is encouraged and valued. You will have access to the latest technology and software, such as Raintree, to maintain patient records efficiently and compliantly. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient physical abilities and limitations, using clinical evaluation skills to identify specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on individualized assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize the Raintree software to document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and clinic policies.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, home exercise plans, and injury prevention strategies to foster self-management of their condition.
• Regularly track and analyze patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to optimize recovery and facilitate successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Our patient population ranges from active adults to seniors, each requiring tailored care approaches that address their specific rehabilitation goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active or eligible physical therapist license in the state of Nevada is necessary.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred; however, enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with electronic health record systems, particularly Raintree, is advantageous but not mandatory.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
