Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, assessing mobility, strength, and physical function through standardized tests and individualized assessments.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are customized to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring measurable progress towards their goals.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to foster recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health and injury prevention.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing outcome measures and patient feedback to achieve optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with diverse adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our clientele seeks not only rehabilitation but also education on maintaining their physical health long-term. Your role will be integral in promoting independence and confidence in their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy License in the state of Nevada.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in treatment modalities and patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
