Position Overview

Royal Heights Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Sports Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed, sport-specific evaluations and biomechanical assessments to identify limitations and devise effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Design individualized rehabilitation programs focused on restoring athletes' function and readiness to return to their sports safely.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, plyometric training, and blood flow restriction techniques.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring personalized attention and care for each client.
• Collaborate with coaches, orthopedic physicians, and other specialists to create comprehensive treatment and training regimens.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track patient progress, adjusting rehabilitation programs as necessary to optimize results.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs regarding sports safety and injury prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on athletes ranging from enthusiastic amateurs to competitive professionals, including those in high school sports, collegiate programs, and recreational leagues. You will encounter a variety of sports-related injuries, requiring you to employ your specialized knowledge in sports rehab to address issues effectively, encompassing everything from shoulder injuries in swimmers to knee rehabilitation in soccer players.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible for a Physical Therapist license in Nevada.
• Solid grounding in sports rehabilitation principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of experience in sports rehabilitation or related fields.
• Specialized certifications such as CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) or SCS (Sports Certified Specialist) are advantageous.
• Experience in strength training or athletic training will be considered a plus.
• New graduates with strong sports backgrounds are encouraged to apply; mentorship and support will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, accompanied by performance incentives to reward your contributions to the team's success.
