Position Overview

Expanding Balance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for a full-time position within our specialized orthopedic outpatient clinic located in beautiful Boulder City, Nevada. This role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's mobility and physical function, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic exercises and innovative rehabilitation techniques tailored to individual goals.
• Administer hands-on manual therapy and guided therapeutic exercises in accordance with tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress in Raintree, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home care strategies and injury prevention methods to enhance recovery and promote long-term health.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback to optimize recovery pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages, from athletes to seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding them through their recovery journey, providing empathetic care that not only addresses their physical issues but also fosters their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, especially in orthopedics.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems, preferable Raintree.

Compensation and Benefits
