Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, identifying impairments and functional limitations through accepted assessment tools.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific therapeutic goals based on assessment findings, patient history, and preferences.
• Administer diverse treatment modalities, including hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational programs, while closely monitoring each patient's progress.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care and address all aspects of a patient's rehabilitation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting treatment interventions, progress, and adjustments made to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding body mechanics, exercise, and preventive measures to reduce the risk of future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele comprises a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological issues. We specialize in treating back and neck pain, joint discomfort from conditions such as osteoarthritis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of five years of experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Demonstrable proficiency in administering advanced physical therapy techniques and various treatment modalities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and address patients' rehabilitation needs effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
