Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient physical conditions by performing thorough examinations to establish a diagnosis.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific goals focused on restoring mobility and physical function.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities designed to improve health and mobility at home.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient treatment and progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
