Work Environment

This position is primarily focused on home care services, where you will visit patients in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.

• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
