Work Environment

As a Senior Staff Physical Therapist , you will work onsite in our vibrant Boulder City facility, which is designed to foster collaboration and innovation in rehabilitation practices. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work schedule that balances professional responsibilities with personal time. This allows our staff to maintain a work-life balance while dedicating themselves to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique condition and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide a range of hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of various modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and efficient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and the importance of adherence to home exercise programs.
• Document all patient activities, progress notes, and treatment modifications accurately using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Engage in case discussions and team meetings to ensure alignment on treatment goals and to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, conferences, and in-house training programs.
• Assist in the mentorship and training of new staff and students, sharing your expertise to encourage growth within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to individuals recovering from neurological events. You will work closely with patients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) to practice in the state of Nevada.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in orthopedics, neurology, and general rehabilitation.
• The ability to demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered care with exceptional communication skills.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment while ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits
