Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, developing personalized treatment goals based on individual assessments.
• Implement therapy interventions using a variety of manual techniques, therapeutic modalities, and clinical tools designed for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Guide and coach patients through tailored exercise programs to support their recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, actively participating in team meetings to evaluate and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that all patient needs are met.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies, contributing to their overall rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adult patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Nevada PT license or eligibility to obtain one.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
