Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including sports-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain cases.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to restore mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients about injury prevention strategies, proper movement mechanics, and effective home exercise regimens to promote long-term health.
• Maintain open communication with orthopedic physicians and medical staff to refine treatment strategies and optimize patient outcomes.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best rehabilitation results.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, adhering to organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Stay informed on advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy to continuously enhance your practice and contribute to team knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients undergoing rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and those with chronic pain issues. Your role is vital in helping each patient navigate their recovery journey and empowering them with the knowledge and skills to prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective patient-specific treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits
