Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical strengths, weaknesses, and movement patterns, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient's specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer hands-on therapy and rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy modalities, exercise prescriptions, and functional training.
• Educate and guide patients on effective recovery and injury prevention strategies, fostering adherence to treatment plans through motivational support.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and sports trainers, to deliver coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Fit To Stretch Rehab Center, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic conditions, including postoperative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on the quality of life for patients of all ages as you help them regain mobility, strength, and confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. A Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Valid Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement in treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with specialized therapeutic techniques such as dry needling, Kinesio taping, or sports-specific training is a plus.
