Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our modern outpatient facility, designed to foster a healing atmosphere. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring comprehensive case history reviews and functional assessments.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function through evidence-based methodologies.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and advanced modalities to maximize patient recovery.
• Support post-operative rehabilitation efforts for patients recovering from orthopedic surgical procedures, focusing on regaining independence and functional movement.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, biomechanics, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Collaborate seamlessly with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to track patient developments efficiently.
• Regularly review patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to align with individual recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) License in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic or outpatient physical therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

ProFlex Sports and Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
