Required Experience Years of Experience • 1-5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician Industry Experience • Electrical construction • Commercial electrical projects (strongly preferred) Technical Experience • NEC (National Electrical Code) • OSHA safety standards • Blueprint and drawing interpretation • Electrical installation methods • Electrical trade calculations • Troubleshooting and electrical problem-solving Licensing • Nebraska State Journeyman Electrician License • Reciprocal journeyman licenses accepted if eligible to work in Nebraska 7. Requirements (Must-Haves) • Nebraska State Journeyman Electrician License (or qualifying reciprocal license) • 1-5+ years of electrical construction experience • Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA safety regulations • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings • Experience with electrical installation methods, materials, and equipment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass pre-employment screening • Ability to work safely and independently in the field 8.
