Experienced Residential HVAC Service Tech (Take-Home Vehicle) $30–$39/hr + Spiffs | Virginia Beach & Newport News Steady residential service work. Solid pay. Minimal on-call. We're growing, and we're looking for experienced service techs who take pride in clean diagnostics, solid repairs, and treating customers right. This is not a "run you into the ground" shop. We keep on-call light, invest in our team, and give you the tools to do your job the right way.
