Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery (LDR)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (LDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to obstetric patients and their families during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patient conditions and monitor vital signs throughout the labor and delivery process.Provide appropriate interventions and support to patients during labor and delivery.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and family members regarding childbirth and newborn care.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the care provided.Experience RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery is required.Licensure and Certification RequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA only).Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification (basic + intermediate, basic + advanced, or intermediate + advanced).Additional RequirementsWillingness to float within Labor and Delivery as needed.Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.Limit of 7 days of requested time off (RTO).If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a dynamic and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!Client Details City St Louis Park State MN
