With over $2B in TVL and support for a growing set of high-value assets, the project aims to become a leading provider of decentralized economic security and cross-chain liquidity. Our client is seeking a Business Development Director to lead institutional outreach, drive capital inflow, and expand revenue across its product suite. The ideal candidate has strong experience in both DeFi and traditional finance, with a proven ability to engage and convert institutional allocators. Key Responsibilities Engage institutional clients, including UHNIs, family offices, funds, and other allocators. Structure product solutions and drive sales conversions. Own regional revenue and TVL targets. Support lead generation through an existing network and coordination with SDRs. Build long-term relationships with investors and strategic partners. Represent the organization at industry events. Track market and regulatory trends to guide strategy. Qualifications 4–7 years of business development experience, including 2+ years in crypto. Strong understanding of TradFi and DeFi concepts. Established institutional network and capital-raising track record.
