Pharmaceutical Production Technician

Job Overview Lab Production Technician at Siemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions. Primarily overnight shift, with flexibility for alternative shifts. Responsible for compounding, manufacturing, quality control, equipment maintenance, and logistics for PET radiopharmaceutical production. Responsibilities Perform complex compounding, manufacturing (cyclotron and chemistry module operation) and quality control processes (utilizing analytical equipment TLC, HPLC, GC) under supervision as required by State and Federal law. Participate in inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting to support manufacturing and testing processes and equipment. Implement approved SOP changes to production and quality control processes. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventive maintenance checks of cyclotrons, chemistry modules and QC equipment per SOPs. Oversee routine logistics functions including preparing products for shipment, coordinating courier schedules, and documenting as necessary. Qualifications & Skills Detail oriented with strong critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently. Basic computer skills (spreadsheet, word processing, email). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Willingness to work night shifts and alternating shifts as needed. Preferred Experience Analytical chemistry equipment and processes (HPLC, GC, TLC). Experience working in a sterile or clean room laboratory environment. Shift Primarily overnight shift with flexibility for alternate shifts. Benefits & Compensation Base pay range: Min $44,030 – Max $66,050. Pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
