HR Generalist

Immediate need for a talented HR Generalist. This is a six months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX (Onsite). Job ID:26-26957 Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and send DocuSign documents
• Send DocuSign mail merges
• Run and analyze reports using DocuSign Retrieve
• Admin for DocuSign to include: maintaining DocuSign users, create groups, and manage regional DocuSign account
• Weekly and monthly reports
• Manage and monitor shared mailboxes
• Onboard and train new hires on the team
• Manage client tickets, reports, roster uploads, HQ questions
• Create and work tickets as needed
• Ability and willingness to learn as well as provide excellent customer service
• Ability and willingness to train other team members and/or other subsidiaries

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Advanced DocuSign experience required: sending, mail merge, Retrieve, reporting.
• Previous experience with Workday.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Microsoft Excel vlookup and pivot table skills preferred.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle highly confidential requests and information
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum one year of DocuSign experience required
• Bachelor's degree or 2 to 3 years of related experience required
