Project Coordinator - Quincy, IL

Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

We are hiring a Project Coordinator for a growing, family-owned company in Quincy, IL. You'll work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects stay on track by reviewing insurance documentation, following established guidelines, and providing administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Project Managers to support daily operations
Review insurance documentation for accuracy and compliance
Ensure projects meet insurance requirements and company guidelines
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Track project progress and assist with administrative tasks
Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, and internal teams
Enter and update information in company systems
Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Provide general office and project coordination support

Qualifications:

Previous insurance experience preferred
Insurance adjuster experience is highly desired
Accounting knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
