Machine Builder 1-Sub Assembly – Livonia, MI Contract position Day Shift: 6 am start time Responsibilities Attention to detail and ability to focus on small details Read assembly drawings and detail prints Use proper tools to assemble standard tool packages Understand basic welding principles and practices Use basic measurement tools and implement them properly, including metric scale, calipers, micrometers, and indicators Operate various types of equipment, such as mills and welders Know NAAMS standards and how they are incorporated into subassembly of tools Show up for work on time and maintain good attendance Read key sheets, stencil cylinders, and units Apply basic machining principles and practices Maintain organization and keep the area clean Education High School Diploma or equivalent A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
