Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Temporary (August - December 2026)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temporary assignment with Postmarc LLC, a well-established organization headquartered in Boston, MA. This position will provide coverage for an employee on a leave of absence and offers the opportunity to train alongside the current team member before the leave begins.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload deliveries while ensuring product accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Work closely with warehouse and office staff to support daily operations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Background check required.
• No drug screen required.
