Retirement Plan Consultant

Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Retirement Plan Consultant will oversee retirement plan administration and compliance, providing proactive service and support while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering relationship-driven service and addressing inquiries related to retirement plan administration Perform annual compliance testing and valuations for qualified retirement plans to ensure adherence to IRS requirements Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate deliverables and support effective client service Required qualifications At least 3 years of experience in defined contribution plan administration with a focus on Third Party Administration Experience with various retirement plan types, including 401(k) and 403(b) plans Proficiency in performing retirement plan compliance testing and communicating results to stakeholders Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new software platforms Progress toward the ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation is preferred
