Retirement Plan Consultant

Managing a portfolio of approximately 65-75 qualified retirement plans, the fully remote Senior Retirement Plan Consultant will administer plans from A-Z, perform annual compliance testing, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with preference given to candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones. Key Responsibilities Administer a portfolio of qualified retirement plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects Perform annual compliance testing and coordinate with actuarial partners for valuations Deliver client communications and process participant transactions related to retirement plans Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of full-cycle qualified retirement plan administration experience Prior experience with MEP/PEP plans strongly preferred Demonstrated experience administering complex defined contribution retirement plans ASPPA QKA designation strongly preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
