ABOUT THE ROLE ASG is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our Business Development team in New York. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role supporting the Director of Business Development in managing investor communications, developing and maintaining LP and partner relationships, and coordinating industry engagement activities. This position begins as a 6-month full-time internship/probationary period , with strong performers eligible for conversion into a permanent full-time Analyst role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Investor Relations & Communications Support the preparation and distribution of investor materials, updates, newsletters, and presentations Serve as a reliable coordination point for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-through Maintain and update the investor CRM, tracking LP communications, meeting notes, and follow-ups Relationship Management Assist in building and maintaining relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners Support investor mapping and outreach efforts to develop new LP and co-investment relationships Help coordinate and prepare materials ahead of investor meetings and calls Events & Industry Engagement Assist in planning and executing investor events, roundtables, and networking activities Support ASG’s participation in industry conferences and ecosystem engagement initiatives Help track key developments in the global AI and technology investment landscape QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; strong academic record preferred 0–3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, finance, asset management, consulting, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong follow-through Proactive and self-driven; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Legally authorized to work in the United States Nice to Have Genuine interest in technology, venture capital, AI, and global investment markets Prior internship or project experience in finance, investor communications, or business development Familiarity with CRM tools or investor reporting workflows ASG is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
