Commercial Banking PositionKey ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue by continually prospecting for strong clients and financially sound deals.Identify and acquire personal and business customers, with a focus on depository relationships.Assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and recommend credit transactions.Own loans from inception through performance, carefully monitoring loan portfolio performance to ensure compliance with all financial covenants.Market and originate high-quality loans and deposits, balancing business growth with prudent risk management.Provide timely and accurate reporting and monitoring of clients' loan accounts.Market a full suite of commercial banking services.Focus on customer service and relationship maintenance.Serve as a generalist across all types of commercial banking clientele, including Commercial Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Professional Service Companies, and Private Banking. Demonstrate broad expertise and the ability to deliver solutions for diverse client needs.Position Requirements5+ years of commercial banking experience with proven credit skills and expertise in credit instruments for business clients.Excellent business development and marketing skills, with a passion for acquiring and managing client relationships.Sales experience in a commercial banking environment.Expert knowledge of credit facilities, underwriting, and loan portfolio management.Extraordinary customer service skills.Experience understanding the financial needs of a wide range of clients, including Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Professional Service Companies, and Private Banking.Working knowledge of the local markets and top centers of influence in Northern Colorado or Boulder.Preferably able to bring an existing transferable portfolio of clients.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $125,000 – $150,000, aligned to experience, skills, and education.Competitive production and referral incentive plan for loans, deposits, and other commercial services.Eligibility for annual economic profit incentive if certain criteria are met.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and 401(k).Hours of paid leave may vary based on position.Anticipated start date: 09/01/26.
