CDL-A Driver Run OTR Home 12 Days Home 2 Rider & Pet OK (Full Time) Types of Jobs: OTR Van Class A Drivers – All 48 States | Home Every Two Weeks | Rider & Pet Friendly Class A CDL drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR; trailer must be 40’ long; trainer or truck school time does not count) for OTR position that is out 12 days and home for 48 hours. Average weekly pay is $1400-$2100+/WK (based on experience and how hard you drive). There is a safety bonus each month and a $4000 sign on bonus paid out as $500 after first load delivered, then $500 every 30 days for five months, and then on the 6th month earn $1000. Pay & Sign-On Bonus Starting pay: $0.57 CPM for 3 months experience, up to $0.64 CPM for 10+ years; drivers with 2+ years earn $0.62 CPM Weekly pay: $1,425–$1,900+ depending on experience and miles Sign-on bonus: $4000 ($500 paid after first load and $500 every 30 days for 5 months then $1000 at your 6th month) Schedule & Home Time Out on the road, home every two weeks 100% no-touch freight with 65% drop-and-hook loads Runs all 48 states, majority of freight is Colorado and east No forced dispatch to NYC or Long Island Modern trucks: 2021 Freightliner Cascadias and newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250‑watt inverters Auto restrictions accepted Rider & pet-friendly from day one Comprehensive benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more Hiring Area Residents of VA, KY, WV, MD, OH, IN, PA, NY, RI, DE, NH, VT, ME, MA, CT Requirements Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time) No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years No major moving violations in the last 12 months No major at fault CMV accidents in the last five years. This includes any accident that results in an injury, a jackknife or rollover.
