Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from planning through completion. This role will manage field operations, budgets, scheduling, subcontractors, customer relationships, and quality control while also providing mid-level support to the service department. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial roofing projects, field personnel, schedules, budgets, and production. Oversee shingle, low-slope, standing seam metal, and metal wall system projects. Conduct site visits, pre-construction meetings, and project handoffs. Manage subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and labor needs. Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate service and leak calls, crew scheduling, repairs, and documentation. Provide weekly project updates, reporting, and closeout coordination. Assist with hiring, training, mentoring, and developing field and service teams. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors. Ideal Candidate: Strong knowledge of roofing operations, scheduling, and construction processes.
