Accounting Specialist

Position Title: Accounting Specialist Wage: $23.00 per hour Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Accounting Specialist position available at a company in Monroe, WI. Accounting Specialist Responsibilities Review, post, and process all approved vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports in compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reconcile statements to ensure schedule accuracy. Prepare and issue accounts payable checks promptly. Collaborate with other departments to secure invoice approval for timely payments. Respond to vendor inquiries professionally. Maintain standard cost records and provide backup for other accounting functions as needed. Accounting Specialist Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally during data entry or filing tasks. Focused attention to detail and confidentiality in data handling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic mathematical skills and understanding of accounting principles.
