Parts Manager / Assistant Service AdvisorMercedes • BMW • Audi • Porsche Specialist Shop

$60,000-$85,000+ Potential | No Weekends | Benefits

Benz Tech is a growing European specialty repair shop in Elkhart, Indiana looking for a Parts Manager who can also assist with customer communication and service advising when needed.

This is not a warehouse job and it's not a dealership parts counter position.

You'll play a key role in keeping our shop running efficiently by sourcing parts, building estimates, coordinating with technicians, assisting customers, and helping move repairs through the shop.

What You'll Do:

Source OEM and aftermarket parts
Manage vendor relationships
Order and track parts
Handle cores and warranty returns
Build and assist with repair estimates
Communicate with customers regarding repairs and timelines
Support our service manager and technicians
Help improve shop efficiency and profitability

European vehicle experience is a plus, but not required.
