As a Chiropractic assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and supporting the overall success of our clinic.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and apply therapeutic modailities and greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Coordinate appointments and assist with scheduling
• Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Perform exams, including height, weight, urinalysis, etc. 

Required Skills:

• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detailed paperwork
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to perform repetitive tasks without boredom
• Guest Relations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience with electronic health records systems
• Patient exam, including taking vitals 

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
