The facility features a well-established Healogics-managed outpatient wound and hyperbaric center with two on-site hyperbaric chambers, providing comprehensive wound care services to the community.

Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Manage patients requiring hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Perform independent clinical assessments of acute and chronic wounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform hands-on procedures and advanced wound care interventions
• Manage systemic conditions contributing to chronic wounds
• Provide patient and family education to promote healing and prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and physicians for coordinated care
• Provide inpatient wound consultations as needed
• Monday-Friday clinical schedule with no weekend or call coverage required
• Comprehensive wound care training provided
• Must maintain active APRN license in good standing
• CWOCN certification preferred but not required
• EMR system: IHeal
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills required
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities essential
