The facility features a well-established, Healogics-managed outpatient wound and hyperbaric center equipped with two on-site hyperbaric chambers, offering a structured and supportive environment for advanced wound care practice.

APRN - Wound Care Nurse Practitioner


Job Details:

• Perform independent clinical assessments of acute and chronic wounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Perform hands-on procedures and advanced wound care interventions
• Manage systemic conditions contributing to chronic wounds
• Provide patient and family education to promote healing and prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Provide inpatient wound consultations as needed
• Work within a Healogics-managed outpatient wound and hyperbaric center featuring two on-site hyperbaric chambers
• Monday through Friday clinical schedule with no weekend or call coverage requirements
• EMR system: IHeal
• Comprehensive wound care training provided
• Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing required
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills required
• CWOCN certification preferred, but not required

Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits.
