What You’ll Be Doing As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate you’ll: Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potentially grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events. We’re hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of sales experience, the base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. You can earn up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all your sales goals, with top performers earning up to $65,000–$75,500 annually. What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience (work or military). Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods. Even better if you have: Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
